Before writing
- Forgot password: on the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?”. The email can take a minute: check your spam folder too.
- Delete my account: Settings → My account → Delete my account.
- Get my data: Settings → Export my data (detailed Excel file or CSV).
- Reminders do not arrive: check iOS Settings → Notifications → Leyfin, and Focus mode.
Reporting a problem
To help you quickly, please include: your iPhone model, iOS version, what you were doing, and a screenshot if possible.
